Booking and Payment Policy

At Hodi Hodi, we strive to provide a reliable and efficient platform connecting Clients with skilled Providers. To promote transparency and ensure accurate invoicing on the Hodi Hodi platform, we have established the following policy concerning bookings and payments on the platform.

This policy applies to both Providers and Clients. Please note that the requirements and examples below are not exhaustive.

Bookings

As a mobile directory connecting you with independent providers, please be aware that Providers may require appointment time flexibility of up to 20 minutes. The Provider or Hodi Hodi will always notify you of any significant delays.

  • Prepayment for New Clients: New Clients are required to prepay for their service 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Payment links will be sent directly to you following your booking confirmation.

Additional Fees

Users of the Platform may be liable for applicable taxes or similar charges (including VAT, if applicable) imposed on the Services performed and/or fees paid under the Agreement. These must be collected and/or paid by the User as required by law.

In addition to the service price, Clients will responsible for the following additional fees:

  • A service charge assessed by Hodi Hodi for providing access to the Platform and information regarding Providers.

  • Parking fees incurred at the appointment location.

  • An automatic 20% group gratuity rate for group bookings.

Payments

To ensure secure and transparent transactions, Providers and Clients must complete all payments for services booked through the Hodi Hodi platform exclusively via the platform's designated payment features and channels. Any other payment methods, such as direct cash transactions or off-platform payment applications, are strictly prohibited.

As part of this Policy:

  • Invitations to engage in off-platform payment or any form of platform circumvention must be declined by all Users.

  • Clients and Providers are required to report any requests to engage in off-platform payment to Hodi Hodi Customer Support immediately.

This policy is intended to clarify the expectations set forth in Hodi Hodi's Terms of Service. We remind all Users that violations of the Terms of Service can result in account limitations, including temporary suspension and/or permanent deactivation.

Hodi Hodi reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. We will endeavor to notify Users of any material changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Hodi Hodi Platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
