Cancellation Policy

At Hodi Hodi, we strive to provide a reliable and efficient platform connecting clients with skilled Providers offering beauty, health, wellness, and dining services. To ensure the fair treatment of our Providers and maintain a high level of service quality for all Users, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Client Cancellation Terms:
Clients may cancel a Service request at any time prior to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring a cancellation fee.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not permitted.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full service price.
This same cancellation fee will apply if a Client is unavailable or unresponsive at the agreed-upon time and location for the scheduled service, preventing the Provider from completing the appointment.
Exceptions to Client Cancellation Fees:
Clients will not be charged a cancellation fee if:
The Provider fails to show up for the scheduled Service. In such cases, Clients should promptly notify Hodi Hodi Support.
Client Responsibilities:
By agreeing to use our platform and booking a Provider, Clients acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of this Cancellation Policy. It is the Client's responsibility to:
Maintain timely communication with their Provider and Hodi Hodi Support.
Ensure their availability at the scheduled time and location for the service.
Consequences of Non-Payment of Cancellation Fees:
If a Client refuses to pay a legitimately incurred cancellation fee, Hodi Hodi reserves the right to hold the Client responsible for any additional costs incurred by Hodi Hodi or the Provider due to the late cancellation or no-show.
Policy Updates:
Hodi Hodi reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. We will endeavor to notify Users of any material changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Hodi Hodi Platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
